Police officer dies after accidental shooting outside school

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A veteran San Antonio police officer tragically lost his life in an accidental shooting on Wednesday afternoon. The incident occurred at Columbia Heights Elementary School, which is currently used exclusively for police training.
