Woman killed when her car was hit by two others

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A tragic incident unfolded late last night on the city’s west side, claiming the life of a woman in a three-vehicle collision. The crash, which occurred just before 10:15 p.m., involved a Honda minivan and two Ford Mustangs near the Loop 410 access road.

Authorities report that the woman, who was in her forties, was driving with her two children when the accident happened. Fortunately, the children emerged unscathed, but their mother was pronounced dead at the scene.

The collision transpired as the woman was exiting Water’s Edge Drive onto the access road. Her vehicle was struck by the two Mustangs, leading to a fatal outcome. Remarkably, the drivers of the other vehicles involved did not sustain injuries.

Police conducted thorough checks for signs of intoxication among all drivers involved, but no signs were detected. As of now, the investigation remains ongoing, with no charges filed against any parties involved.
