HOUSTON, TX – Authorities in Northwest Harris County have issued an Amber Alert for 15-month-old Matteo Vasquez, who was reportedly taken without consent by his uncle, Jason Irwin Vasquez. The incident occurred at the toddler’s residence on Greenstone Drive, close to Spencer and Attic Atsuma Road. Jason Vasquez, 25, now faces a kidnapping charge following the child’s disappearance.
The Amber Alert was first broadcast late yesterday evening, around 10 p.m., as law enforcement officials began their search for young Matteo.
