STOCKTON, CA – Law enforcement officials in Stockton, California, are on a rigorous hunt for at least two suspects believed to be connected to the robbery of a local ‘ampm’ gas station and murder of an employee on Thursday. The gas station, based on Frontage Road in Stockton, subsequently closed for nearly 35 hours following the tragic incident.
Police spokesperson David Scott detailed the crime, reporting that the suspects entered the gas station armed, initiating a robbery. A confrontation broke out, resulting in a 50-year-old employee, Mohammed Shahzad, being shot in the torso area. The attackers fled the scene in a car, remaining at large.
