HAMILTON COUNTY, TN – A fatal accident at a Halloween event has led to the death of a child who was inadvertently struck by a tractor near a haunted hayride route. The incident occurred Friday night around 10:45 p.m. on Highway 58, drawing a swift response from local emergency services.
