A man was tragically killed during the early hours of Wednesday morning in the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Medical Center North Hospital, following a reported altercation with another man. The ensuing dispute resulted in gunfire, and the suspected shooter was promptly apprehended by local law enforcement.

The incident transpired in a hospital stairwell, where an argument between the two men escalated dramatically, culminating in the fatal shooting.
