Jonathan Belk, a Tennessee resident, has been accused of murdering 18-year-old Billy Jean Floyd on March 8. Authorities allege that Belk found Floyd in bed with his wife, Jada Goldston, leading to a violent confrontation.
According to police records, Floyd’s lifeless body was found in a fetal position, hidden inside Belk’s trash can. Meanwhile, Goldston was discovered in a nearby emergency room, suffering from multiple stab wounds that were deemed non-life-threatening.
The sequence of events began when Belk reportedly returned home to a shocking scene. Officers arriving at the residence noted Belk standing in the doorway, his clothes stained with blood. During questioning, Belk, who is currently held at the Sequatchie County Jail, expressed fears regarding his marriage. He reportedly admitted, “I am worried about my relationship with my wife due to the fact that I offed him.”
