NEW YORK, NY – In a shocking incident, a man was fatally shot inside a Midtown after-hours strip club early Sunday morning, leading to chaotic scenes as people fled the establishment in panic, according to witnesses and police reports. The tragic event unfolded around 5:30 a.m. at 355 Seventh Avenue in Koreatown, catching the attention of law enforcement. The victim, a 32-year-old man identified as Steven Mussington from Harlem, was found with a gunshot wound to the head.
The immediate aftermath of the shooting was marked by chaos, as witnesses described the chaotic scene with barely dressed women screaming and fleeing from the club. A nearby security guard recounted the incident, saying, “Girls were naked, screaming, saying someone got killed. A lot of people ran into the store over there, getting dressed.”
As of now, the police have not provided a description of the suspect, and no arrests have been made in connection with the incident. The building in question, situated near West 30th Street, houses the “Foxy Fitness & Pole Training Studio,” which typically closes at 5 p.m. However, it is known to host an after-hours strip club, reputed as a “bad place” within the neighborhood, according to local security guards.
This incident follows a recent event where a member of R&B singer Trey Songz’ entourage allegedly brandished a gun inside the same venue and discharged a shot. Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the altercation, which occurred around 5 a.m. on September 11. Police have yet to make any arrests related to that shooting.
