Philadelphia Eagles fan arrested after attacking fire station with meat cleaver in crazed rampage

A Philadelphia Eagles fan was arrested after causing a commotion at a Florida fire station. On Sunday, Edward Dalasandro entered the Hutchinson Island Fire Station on Northeast Ocean Boulevard and engaged in disruptive behavior.

The 25-year-old man from Philadelphia allegedly broke into the station, ransacked the bunk rooms, and urinated on the carpet. He also stole items worth $126, including a uniform hat and some knives.

When firefighters confronted Dalasandro, he threw a meat cleaver at them. However, the personnel at the station were able to contain him until the sheriff’s deputies arrived.

Dalasandro was charged with armed burglary, aggravated assault on a firefighter, and theft. He was taken to the Martin County Jail and held on a bond of $120,000.

The authorities have not provided any additional information on the motive behind the attack, but it’s clear that the individual’s actions were violent and disruptive.

The fire station personnel were able to contain the situation until law enforcement arrived.
