Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department detectives are diligently working to unravel the mystery surrounding a double homicide in Ranchos Palos Verdes. The victims, a man and a woman in their 30s, were discovered shot to death inside a vehicle at a scenic overlook early Monday morning. The incident was reported around 6:30 a.m. by a hiker who stumbled upon the gruesome scene and immediately called 911.
The tragic discovery took place in the parking lot of Pelican Cove Park, which offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Deputies from the Lomita Sheriff’s station responded to the rescue call and found a blue Subaru with the male and female victims inside, both suffering from gunshot wounds.

Ramos, described as a car enthusiast, was mourned by fellow enthusiasts on his Instagram page. However, neither his friends, neighbors, nor his father know the identity of the female victim found in the car.
