Woman found dead in parked car outside of fire station

APPLE VALLEY, CA – The local law enforcement authorities have launched an investigation after a 28-year-old woman was discovered dead in her parked vehicle outside the Apple Valley Fire Station on Friday. The deceased has been identified as Jaquetta McAllister, a resident of Riverside.

Apple Valley Police swung into action in the early hours of Friday, November 24, 2023, when they were alerted around 5 a.m. to a body inside a 2020 model Chevrolet Sonic, parked just outside Fire Station 4 on the 12100 block of Kiowa Road.

Upon arrival, the sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division took over the scene for an in-depth probe. The coroner’s office was also summoned, and McAllister’s body was carefully moved for autopsy, although the condition and exact cause of her death remain undisclosed.

At present, details about the incident are limited, and the police have not provided any further information. However, they have appealed for any shared information from the public to assist their ongoing investigation.
