TEANECK, NJ – A tranquil Thursday morning in Teaneck, New Jersey, was marred by gunshots when a woman was fatally shot, allegedly by her own brother. This shocking incident has left the usually calm community in disarray.
Nearby resident Florentino Baluiut reported hearing three gunshots, which disrupted the typically quiet morning ambiance. The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office stated that they received the call just short of 8:30 a.m. from a home on Hickory Street.
Upon arrival, authorities discovered 26-year-old Naomi Hagley suffering from gunshot wounds. She was rushed to a nearby hospital but tragically succumbed to her injuries. Throughout the day, detectives were observed conducting their investigation at the crime scene, drawing attention from concerned neighbors.
