A man in Daly City, California, has been arrested for allegedly shooting his wife, Frances Kendra Lucero, 27, to death in front of their two children after an argument during dinner on March 6.
According to local police, Romier Narag fired multiple shots at his wife as she ran toward their home. Lucero was pronounced dead at the scene.
Jail records reveal that Narag, 27, faces charges of premeditated murder and several weapons-related offenses. It is uncertain whether he has entered pleas to any of the charges.
A GoFundMe campaign has been initiated to help cover funeral expenses for Lucero, who is described on the fundraising page as a “beautiful mother, daughter, sister, and friend.” She is remembered as someone who touched the lives of the people around her.
The campaign highlights Lucero’s devotion to her children and the love she shared with others. She was characterized as loyal and ambitious, and she was depicted as a woman who stood by her friends in the good times and the bad.
Narag is scheduled for a court appearance on Thursday.
