Mass shooting at block party, 30 victims shot

Nine patients were subsequently transferred to other trauma centers in Baltimore, with only one patient remaining hospitalized at MedStar Harbor.

The University of Maryland Medical Center reported that 12 patients were being treated in their trauma center, while four more were receiving care in the pediatric emergency department. Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott condemned the shooting during a press conference. He vowed to relentlessly pursue those responsible, urging them to consider the lives they had taken and the impact on the community.
