In a shocking incident at an Arby’s restaurant in New Iberia, Louisiana, the body of a female worker was found in a freezer by her colleagues.
The upsetting discovery, made around 6pm on Thursday, is currently under investigation by local police, who are attempting to piece together the events leading to this tragic circumstance.

Captain Leland Laseter of the New Iberia Police Department shared with local media outlets that the deceased woman was an employee of the Arby’s restaurant. He also confirmed that it was indeed a fellow employee who made the grim discovery.
Despite the suspicious nature of the death, early information suggests it could have been a tragic accident, rather than a case involving foul play.
Authorities are now awaiting the results of an autopsy from the coroner’s office to confirm the identity of the victim and establish the cause of death.
