(ConservativeStar.com) – Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) — aka AOC — jumped onto Twitter and tweeted out a condemnation of the Senate over what she perceives as their delay in passing a COVID-19 stimulus bill. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) joined the fray and proceeded to school her on the facts of the matter.

AOC was berating members of the upper house for their refusal to consider the measures (filled with unrelated items for their agenda) they’d sent over. The Texan replied, reminding her that it’s the Democrats in the Senate who are filibustering a targeted $500-billion relief package.
It continued on from there into a civics lesson for the congresswoman with Cruz pointing out her many misconceptions. The Democratic Party’s presidential candidate Joe Biden has also signaled support of congressional leaders refusing to budge off their $2.2-trillion relief bill. Americans, in the meantime, are suffering as they continue to wait for help.
