My Pillow CEO Going to War With Dominion

( – After the 2020 presidential election, then-President Donald Trump and many of his supporters felt that a combination of factors came together behind the scenes and illegally tipped the scales against him. Questions that arose about Dominion voting machines were one part. Then, once President Joe Biden was in, they retaliated against several of those who publicly brought that to light with $1 billion+ lawsuits, including My Pillow Inc. and its CEO Mike Lindell.

Lindell has now filed a suit of his own against Dominion in Federal Court, claiming that they’re attempting to violate his 1st and 14th Amendment rights. While the Constitutional Amendments generally apply only to governmental entities, he’s using the legal theory that they were acting as an agent because they were working as official election tabulators, which is solely within the purview of the government.

The CEO has made no bones about the fact that he would like to see this brought before the Supreme Court to achieve a definitive nationwide ruling. The fact that there were documented irregularities in Michigan and New Hampshire could give him the legal footing he’ll need.
