Ex-Girlfriend Of Texas School Shooter Reveals His Patterns Of Past Violence

Texas school shooter left his ex-girlfriend ‘scared for her life’ when he flew into ‘super violent’ rages and former coworker reveals he harassed her and other women online -Daily Mail

Keanna Baxter, 17, told the San Antonio Express-News that her ex-friend dated Salvador Ramos, 18, and that he would fly into terrifying violent rages. Crystal Foutz, Ramos’ classmate at Uvalde High School, also said Ramos was aggressive online towards women.

Former classmates have shed more light on the violent past of 18-year-old Salvador Ramos, particularly towards women. They shared how he would try and fight anyone who refused him.

Ramos killed 19 people in the second deadliest school shooting in American history before being shot dead by a border patrol officer. He bragged about his weapons on social media and made threats against women.

Ramos killed 19 children and two adults at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas.

Baxter said many people assumed Ramos would commit a mass shooting at their high school, but said she didn’t know how it could have happened.

Ramos had been bullied for a stutter and lisp, but began to change in the eighth grade, dressing in all black and donning large military boots. He got into multiple fist fights and increasingly played truant.

Ramos was working at a Wendy’s and hardly in attendance at school during the last few months of his life. He was said to have egged people’s cars and taken things too far with friends.

Ramos’ co-workers described him as ‘quiet’ and ‘anti-social’, and said he sent inappropriate texts to female employees and would fight people with boxing gloves at a local park.

Ramos messaged a woman in Los Angeles on May 12 and said he would tell her a secret in an hour. She replied that it was scary and asked if he could repost his gun pictures.

The shooting started around 11:32am. The woman tagged in the post said she didn’t know the man and that she wished she had stayed awake to at least try to convince him to not commit his crime.

Sex Abuse Allegations Published By Southern Baptist Convention

Southern Baptists Release List of Alleged Sex Abusers – The New York Times

The Southern Baptist Convention published a list of hundreds of ministers and other church workers it said were “credibly accused” of sexual abuse. The list was an initial, but important step towards addressing the scourge of sexual abuse.

A Southern Baptist investigation report said that national leaders suppressed claims of sexual abuse and resisted reforms over two decades. It also said that leaders kept a secret list of reported abusers but did nothing to remove them from ministry.

The largest Protestant denomination in the country maintained a secret list of donors for more than a decade.

This list includes the names of alleged sexual abusers in the Southern Baptist Convention, as well as the year the claim was reported, the state where it took place and a short description of the accusations against them.

A delegate at the 2007 annual convention proposed a database for clergy and staff involved in sexual harassment or abuse. The committee’s own general counsel recommended that the website link to such a database.

The Southern Baptist Executive Committee released a list of alleged sexual abusers on Thursday. The list includes names of survivors and sources, but does not include all alleged sexual abusers.

The denomination announced a hotline for abuse victims and others to report abuse within the organization.

NFL Player Accused of 22 Cases Of Sexual Misconduct

Deshaun Watson’s admission of sexual activity with three of the 22 plaintiffs could become a major problem – NBC Sports

The NFL has closed its investigation into the allegations against the quarterback, who was signed to a record-breaking contract with the Browns just months ago.

Deshaun Watson is still facing 22 civil complaints of sexual misconduct, and the NFL is investigating him.

Deshaun Watson has admitted that three out of 22 massage sessions resulted in consensual sex, but has already given 11 depositions and sworn under oath that there was no sexual activity.

Watson’s legal team admitted that Watson went to massages intending only to receive a professional massage.

Watson was getting massages from a broad array of female therapists, and three of those massages ended with consensual sex. This raises the possibility that he was looking for something more.

The bulk of the cases against Watson arise from allegations that he attempted to move the massage in that direction.

The judge allowed the plaintiffs to seek evidence regarding whether Watson engaged in sexual activity with the 19 massage therapists who provided statements of support for Watson. This triggered an angry response from Watson’s camp.

Deshaun Watson’s legal troubles continue to make national headlines, and his accusers spoke with Soledad O’Brien on HBO’s Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel.

The Browns spent a lot of time evaluating Deshaun Watson, but they also respect due process.
